Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Designwaala, we strive to provide the best design services to meet your expectations. However, we understand that there might be circumstances requiring cancellation or refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Service Orders
  • Before Work Commencement: Clients may cancel their service order before any work has commenced. A full refund will be provided.
  • After Work Commencement: If the work has started, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee (i.e. full advance money), which will cover the work already completed.
2.2. Design Packages
  • Standard Packages: Clients can cancel their design package within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has started.
  • Custom Packages: Custom package orders are non-refundable once work begins, as they are tailored specifically to client needs.
2.3. Subscription Services
  • Clients can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Advance Payments: If the full payment is made in advance, clients can request a full refund within 24 hours of payment or the delivery of the first draft, whichever is earlier.
  • Non-delivery of Services: Non-delivery of services as agreed upon in the contract.
  • Failure to Meet Deadlines: Failure to meet specified deadlines, unless due to client delays or changes in scope.

(Note: Any advance payments made before starting the work are non-refundable after the commencement of work, as they will be allocated to resource allocation.)
3.2. Post-Delivery Payments

In cases where payment is made after delivery, no refund requests will be entertained as the work is already delivered as per the client requirements.

3.3. Refund Process
  • Request Submission: Clients must submit a refund request via email to admin@designwaala.com within 2 days of the qualifying event.
  • Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
3.4. Non-Refundable Services
  • Services rendered as per the agreed scope and timeline.
  • Customized and personalized design services after work has commenced.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to client-requested changes or delays.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration as per our terms and conditions.
